I finally got around to taking my first Wine Spirit and Education Trust course here in London in September. I have wanted to take a course with them ever since I moved to London but they never seemed to fit into my schedule. I am so happy that I decided to finally take the plunge
I’m hoping to gather a list of good wine courses that are available in Sydney. Can you help? I’m looking for an introductory course on tasting, varietals, global wine regions, viticulture, etc. If you have been on a good course, please let me know. Thanks!
