I’m hoping to gather a list of good wine courses that are available in Sydney. Can you help? I’m looking for an introductory course on tasting, varietals, global wine regions, viticulture, etc. If you have been on a good course, please let me know.

Hi Kristen,
I’ve done a couple with “Peter Bourne – The Wine Man”. He runs his courses in Pyrmont fairly regularly. It’s not the cheapest course around, but the quality of the wines you drink is very high, and he’s a good teacher. He also always has superb cheese selections to feed on while you’re learning !!
I’m just starting a tasting group that I hope will be regular.The first tasting is full, but I’ll keep you posted on future ones.
